What is Bot Listener?
An AI-powered conversational CRM. It brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your own website into one shared inbox, then adds the bots, campaigns, pipeline and analytics you need to turn those chats into revenue.
How do I connect my WhatsApp number?
Through Meta's official embedded signup - a guided popup returns your phone number, WABA and access token, and the webhook is registered for you. If you already hold Cloud API credentials you can paste them in instead.
Do I need technical skills to build a bot?
No. Flows are built by dragging nodes on a canvas: a trigger starts them, actions send messages or ask questions, and conditions branch on the answers. Google Sheets, Calendar and AI steps are nodes too.
Is my data secure?
Every business runs in its own isolated workspace, access tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted before storage and never returned by any API response, and every sensitive action is checked against a specific permission.
What happens if I run out of message credits?
Broadcasts and campaigns check your balance before each send and pause themselves rather than failing. Top up and processing resumes from exactly where it stopped - no recipient is skipped or messaged twice.
